CCX Chairman Sandor in China to Speak on Developments in Emissions Markets
(CHICAGO – May 5, 2010) Chicago Climate Exchange® (CCX®) Chairman and Founder Richard L. Sandor is in China this week where he will speak about developments in the global emissions markets and meet with local leaders in the government and business sectors.
CCX has partnered with China National Petroleum Corporation Assets Management and the City of Tianjin to establish the Tianjin Climate Exchange (TCX), a joint venture and China’s first exchange established to design and market environmental products.
Sandor also serves as Executive Chairman of Climate Exchange plc. Climate Exchange plc owns CCX, including the CCX-subsidiary Chicago Climate Futures Exchange® (CCFE®), as well as the European Climate Exchange (ECX).
