Disaster Recovery
CCFE and its service providers are committed to being
an industry leader in trading platform availability. This
commitment is met by a highly resistant network architecture
that is designed to recover quickly with no loss of data
should any component of the architecture fail. Disaster
Recovery ("DR") procedures are periodically
tested to ensure the marketplace can continue to function
in the event of an unplanned outage.
DR Information for CCFE Futures Platform provided
by ICE
The trading platform and disaster recovery site reside
in separate geographical locations (Chicago and Atlanta)
to protect the marketplace from being significantly impacted
by an area wide outage.
In the event of an unplanned outage, CCFE may determine
the necessity to recover the trading system to the disaster
recovery site. If this procedure is initiated, the existing
"Exchange" login on the CCFE homepage will automatically
forward customers to the disaster recovery site.
